The Win a $250 JYSK Gift Card Contest (the “Contest”) is administered by JYSK Canada (the “Contest Administrator”).
The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. One (1) entry per person. Employees of JYSK Canada are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Entrants between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in their province of residence will require the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Contest. In the event it is discovered that parental consent was not obtained, the entry will be void. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
The Contest Period will begin on August 19, 2021 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and will end at 11:59:59 PM PT on September 1, 2021.

On September 2, 2021, the Contest Administrator will conduct random draws to select five (5) potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period. One (1) winner per province that JYSK operates in (excluding Quebec) will be contacted by email, informing them they’ve won a $250.00 JYSK Gift Card, requiring an acceptance response by email or telephone.

If a minor won a prize, it will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian of such a minor will also be required to accept and sign the Declaration of Compliance and Release (the “Release”) on the minor's behalf.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners. The prize will be sent to the winner within seven (7) days of the prize drawing.
Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city for advertising and promotion purposes.
Prize winners may be asked to provide information regarding Gift Card usage for marketing purposes.
All decisions of the contest judges are final. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Limit one (1) prize per person. JYSK Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest without notice.
