Delivery may not be available due to one of the following:

- Technical issue, try to clear your cache

Solution: To clear your cache, on a PC press Ctrl + F5. On a Mac, press command-shift-r

- Invalid postal code, double check your entry

- Product type might not be available for delivery to your area

For courier delivery items, there are some rural postal codes that we cannot deliver to via Purolator.
For scheduled delivery furniture items, there is a distance limit of 50 kilometres. A postal code outside of this limit will cause an error.
